Gavin is the Branch Manager and Senior Mortgage Consultant for the Folsom, CA branch of First Priority Financial. Gavin is a seasoned mortgage and real estate consultant with twenty two years professional experience in the mortgage, real estate, and technology industries. He has a reputation for getting the job done and his track record speaks for itself. Gavin is a trustworthy and dedicated individual with solid communication and interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic. He has received excellent training and is committed to life-long learning so that he can continue to provide unique and innovative solutions to help his clients achieve their objectives. Many businesses measure their success in terms of dollars and cents, but Gavin believes the truly successful mortgage practice is based on relationships, not on transactions, and that the best measure of success is the number of clients who proudly refer him to their friends and family.

Introducing First Priority Financial:
First Priority Financial opened its doors to the lending world in 1977 and in 1998 became the pacesetter in the Retail Origination industry. Our Corporate office is located in Fairfield, California. Our mission is to provide competitive home financing to clients who have been properly informed of their options. They will have a broad range of loan products from which to choose. Each client is unique, and will be recognized as such. With sound advice they will obtain the very best loan for their unique situation. Industry standards will not be our benchmark of service; rather, we shall embark daily in pursuit of pure excellence. We will improve by recognizing our shortfalls and will take careful notice when checked by lessons of failure. Our success will be measured one perfectly unique referral at a time. We are a Broker and a Banker. With over half of all loans nationwide being done by brokers, we agree with the consumer — brokerage is better! However, we also bank some transactions. Our collective buying power in the wholesale market makes our overall cost of money lower than any banker or correspondent in the industry. Our Originators maintain more transactional authority with no managerial influence to use an in-house correspondent division or bank product. Our Loan Officers offer whichever product is best for their client, not First Priority.
